High Intensity CBRN will bring together over 30 experts and exhibitors, and 200 delegates to debate the future of high intensity CBRN operations in modern operations. A wide variety of speakers will bring the latest thought on this topic to Poland, a country that has improved its CBRN defence capability enormously in the last ten years. High Intensity CBRN has a different concept than previously. The morning of Day One (June 25) will have opening plenaries then from the afternoon of day one we’ll see the start of a narrative theme, building from hybrid warfare, through to large scale combat operations (LSCO, morning day two), and on to restoration and recovery operations (afternoon day two). This is looking at the potential for CBRN attacks at an order of magnitude (and beyond) than we have seen in the last 20 years. How do we prepare for LSCO without just copying Cold War plans? How does the homefront prepare for state sponsored hybrid attacks? What does restoration and recovery look like in the 21st Century? 25 leading experts will provide their suggestions on developing CBRN defence for the next level of threat.
